It was an honor to speak today at the 25th-anniversary celebrations of Afrobarometer, a pan-African, non-partisan survey research network that conducts public attitude surveys on democracy, governance, the economy, and society. With a vision for a world in which Africa’s development is anchored in the realities and aspirations of its people, Afrobarometer is the world’s leading source of high-quality data on what Africans are thinking.
It was a pleasure to see Mdme Lara Taylor-Pearce at the Afrobarometer event. Lara has been a member of the Afrobarometer Board since 2019, playing an inspiring leadership role in this highly respected organization that covers 39 countries in Africa.
